But they do know this: When they get to the point where they need to ship, trucks must be available for an almost immediate pickup. And the trucks need to do a quick turnaround – even if they’re picking up in northern Michigan on a Friday and delivering to Fontana, California by Monday.
The company hadn’t found a logistics partner that could commit to meeting that need on a steady basis, so they put the question to Fello:
