
Meet Tyler Polzin: A Problem-Solver, Team Player and Relationship Builder at Fello Logistics

Tyler Polzin joined Fello Logistics in April 2024 with a simple but powerful hope: To be part of a team that rises to challenges, works together and finds solutions when it matters most.
That hope quickly became reality. Being surrounded by a team that thrives under pressure and gets things done has been one of the most rewarding aspects of his time at Fello. Every day brings new challenges — but for Tyler, overcoming them together is what makes the job truly fulfilling.
“Finishing a project that you’ve got to get the whole team involved in – figuring it out and doing it to the best of your abilities – that’s the most rewarding type of thing about this job,” Tyler shared.
Tyler brought a wealth of experience to his role as a National Account Executive at Fello Logistics. Before joining the team, he spent five years in a similar role at another logistics firm, specializing in flatbed and heavy-haul brokerage.
But for Tyler, logistics isn’t just about moving freight — it’s about building real, lasting relationships with the shippers he serves. He wanted to go beyond transactional deals and focus on trust, partnership and long-term success.
That mindset made him a perfect fit for Fello, a company built on grit, integrity, excellence and always doing the right thing.
“It’s a pretty tight-knit culture,” Tyler said. “Still very green in certain ways, but with very hard workers who know the trajectory the company wants to go.”
A St. Cloud native and Minnesota State University graduate, Tyler brings a diverse range of experiences to his role at Fello Logistics.
Before diving into the logistics industry, he built a well-rounded skill set through roles in web development, staffing and even as a radio reporter — a position that allowed him to fully apply his background in communication, journalism and public relations.
As he quickly discovered at Fello, communication skills would be a key element of the job. At a company that puts proactive customer communication at the top of the priority list, Tyler was able to embrace the company’s approach as a natural fit for him.
“Everybody’s on the same page with each other,” Tyler said. “We’re getting the job done, keeping customers informed and sticking to the plan of constantly improving the business.”
Shippers appreciate Tyler’s open communication and attention to detail. His colleagues appreciate the way he pulls the team together to get the best outcome.
Tyler also enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife Brittany.
